The space of Letohradska 10, was formerly a factory for badges and medals since1898. In 2018, it became a cultural space in Letná focusing on craft and art workshops as the Znak, organized by the Linhart Foundation. Under great support from Linhart Foundation, NGO DEI continues its mission and vision, to inspire and support projects contributing to the development of opinions, social and artistic attitudes of today’s younger generations.

The complex contains a courtyard, a cafe, a multi-function room, two gallery spaces, an artist residency, and an office. The cafe (Jsem Čaj Kee, 我係茶記) will be decorated as Hong Kong 1950’s style, to serve majorly Hong Kong local cuisines and street food, for instance, egg tarts, french toast, milk tea, and cart noodles. The Gallery (Gallery Ngo Dei) covers an area of 100-meter squares. It aims to organize original art exhibitions and cultural events. The multi-purpose room designed to provide workshops and seminars on various aspects of cultural education, to activate a new cooperative platform.
