Since the war started, NGO DEI has begun to work with volunteers who are keen on contributing and serving people in need in a wider range. We have gathered an international group of people from different professions, such as students, teachers, artists, cultural workers and etcetera, to provide Temporary Housing, Educational workshop, Translation service, Housing assistance, as well as a community program, which offers people to work and get subsidies from the Urgent Fund.
The urgent center provides 10 capacities, equipped with a shower, toilets, laundry, a temporary kitchen, and community space. During the weekend we have voluntary teachers and artists to take care of Ukrainian kids with a designed program. Since the first benefit concert, which was held on 27th February, our team has been constantly arranging our manpower to work in different aspects, from translation to education, from material collection to consultation. We have never stopped collaborating creatively and proactively.
1) Curating events to raise funds for the Ukrainian cause.
